     Question & Answer - Sun block

Question:  I am going out in the sun again now and really do feel better.  Sun seems to have a positive affect on me but I do think I should probably sometimes use a sun block.  The problem is I cannot pronounce most of the ingredients on the ones I find.  I wonder if there is such a thing as a natural sun block?

Answer:  We have a few natural ones, though I cannot always pronounce all those ingredients either.  I do believe these are better for you and we do have good research on most of them.  I tried one early last summer I really like.  The name is Alba and it goes on nicely, is non-greasy, smells great and has really kept me from burning while still getting a nice tan.  It is available in numerous SPFs from l2 to 32, scented and unscented, for sensitive skin and VERY water resistant.  The entire Alba suntan line is very reasonably priced under $10.  After using all season, I realized Avalon, one of my favorite beauty products line, is the parent company and that has to be a good thing.
